	Organization (Receiving/Requesting) Specialized Service Agency just refers to Specialized Services without any formal agreement of acceptance or criterion with Specialized Services Specialized Services manage their referral criterion, acceptance/rejection of referrals criterion Agency gives date/time/location of Specialized Services appointment(s) to patients/clients Specialized Services may or may not send service related information to referring agency

Passive referrals are often cold hand offs whereby the referring agency staff may or may not know Specialized Services staff or points of contact

Patients or Clients have to find the Specialized Services organization themselves
