COLLABORATION BUSINESS MODELS FQHC/CHC/RYAN WHITE/SUB-SERVICES

This site is a resource tool to be able to explore various business models of practice for collaborative efforts between two partnering agencies/organizations or services.  It shows structural/operational as well as financial considerations and types of models in these collaborative efforts.  Funders and payers often want organizations to "collaborate" and partner with other services or organizations to pool resources from the collaboration to address a wider array of customer/stakeholder needs.  This resource table below begins to show in a business model fashion some of the foundational considerations that could be factored into deciding if a collaboration is right and how to develop a collaboration.
